Shipping policy

I am not Amazon dot com.

Do not call me. Please. There's no free 2 day shipping with no-questions-asked returns. We're going to ask you questions, and there's a really good chance it's going to be me doing the asking.

We ship once a week unless something is happening. There are two of us and we have families. However, if you think you should have gotten your items by a certain date and you didn't, poke me and I'll check for you. Stuff falls through the cracks.

If something is damaged or described incorrectly, please return for a replacement. But if you just don't like it, like I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do about that. I only send wonderful.
