Hey so this is a bit of a mindfuck... especially if you've read Songs of Submission. Actually, you really should read that first.

Partly for emotional impact.

Partly because then you're more likely to forgive me for making Margie so young, which she is by today's standards. When I was growing up this was a perfectly socially acceptable way to behave. For real. But now... I think I should have thought the age thing through before writing this, but then I wouldn't have written it. So, take that for what it's worth.
